Program cost: 598 193 euros

The purpose of the project is the better administration of courts. The foreign experts analyzed the courts’ structure, workload distribution, links between units (bailiffs, criminal probation officers etc), also the regional location of the courts. The analysis result was the final report with 54 suggestions.

A detailed training program was also compiled for training 50 judges in 2004 in the field of EU law (consumer protection, intellectual property protection, competition and labor law).

The project also included the analysis of the courts’ infosystems and the necessary investment for creating the infosystems.

The project ended in December, 2004.
