Dynamic forms of the European Succession Regulation are soon available in the e-Justice portal

25.10.2016 The project led by the Ministry of Justice has ended as a result of which the dynamic forms of the European Certificate of Succession and its application are shortly available through the e-Justice Portal. As a consequence of this project guidelines were prepared to improve the availability of information by using IT means in international succession matters.

Estonia is acceding to a convention protecting children from sexual exploitation and abuse

The Ministry of Justice has sent the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the draft for accession to the Lanzarote convention protecting children from sexual exploitation and abuse for the Government to approve the draft. Acceding to a convention is helping to protect children even more in case of cross-border crimes.
